The battle of inflammation.

Ever heard the saying ‘You are what you eat’?!

Yes?!

It’s the battle of food!

Becoming what you eat by changing your diet is a battle

It’s stressful and it makes you MISERABLE!

Do you agree?

But, when dealing with inflamed nerves, muscles and joints that accompany many autoimmune and chronic diseases no other saying is true.

But man, it’s HARD!

So up to this point (if you’ve been around long enough), you’ll now the importance of switching off inflammation with food and lifestyle changes.

We want to switch inflammation from being…

pro-inflammation

And with time, I’ll be giving you details and ideas of how you can fight inflammation with foods and lifestyle. And become an

Anti-inflammation warrior.

But this will be over time.

Now, the world we live in forces us to be instant, doesn’t it?

We want instant everything, don’t we?

Instant internet.

Instant information.

Instant TV

Instant results!

We want it now!

And you might want it now!!

But I’m not going to give it to you NOW!

That’s not because I’m MEAN!

There’s two reasons why.

What are they?

The reasons are…

      1. I don’t want you to fail!
      2. I don’t want you to become stressed!

So if you’re willing to take things slow so you can have a few wins then stick around!

And hopefully, you’ll feel happy during this winning period.

No stress around here!

Only happiness!!
