You know your body better than me!
This podcast is about the pressure to follow recommendations to a tee.
There’s a lot of advice available for chronic illness sufferers but should we follow the advice word for word?
This is what I’m talking about in this podcast!!!
You see if you’re anything like me, you prefer options and not being told you must do this or that.
And with all the noise we have in this world, especially online, it can be hard to know which noise to listen to.
Should I try:
Massage
Acupuncture
Chiropractic treatment
Keto diet
Paleo diet
Mediterranean diet
Yoga
Pilates
Join a gym
The list is endless!!!!
So in this podcast I talk about what we need to do to block out this noise.
Because at the end of the day you know you more than anyone else!!!

Embrace your uniqueness when making lifestyle changes.
This podcast is about celebrating the wonderful things that makes you, you.
We may both share the same disease, but does that make us the same?
You see, we’ll have different personalities, emotions, heritage and much more.
And we need to take those things into account when we make lifestyle changes.
Instead of changing ourselves to suit a lifestyle, we must…
Make the lifestyle suit our uniqueness!!!
