Now I was guessing your list.
And unconsciously, I may have created this list based on me.
Anyway, I’m sure, like me, the big one is health!
And PCOS and possibly other diseases are at the top of your list.
This isn’t about general health and getting healthy to get a hot summer body!
It’s not that, is it?
We need to think of our health to live a worthy life!
Now due to health and PCOS being an internal environment this will be tough to instantly remove.
Remember it’s the externals that can change the internals!
So let’s see if I can help you think about your externals.
We’ll start by looking at diet.
