Do you like the sweeter things in life?

 

Do you like the sweeter things in life?

Yes?

Well, don’t we all!!!

If you answered yes, you’re not alone.

I like it too!!!

So if you told me that I must never have a Victoria sponge cake ever again, I would tell you where to go!

Because this ain’t gonna happen!

I’M HAVING IT!

But instead, if you told me that I shouldn’t have cake every day.

Then that’s something I can work with!

 

So, this isn’t about me telling you to never have the sweeter things in life.

It’s about telling you about sweeter things, inflammation and why you might want to think about having sweeter things occasionally instead of every day!

 

And in fact, having the sweeter things occasionally might make it more enjoyable!

 

But, this is your choice!

This isn’t about me telling you what to do!!

 

I’m giving you choices and it’s up to you to choose.

 

So, we all know that we shouldn’t be eating sugar.

It’s everywhere, isn’t it?

 

We know that sugar is bad for our health!

 

But I need to make you aware that sugar isn’t the best when it comes to our friend inflammation.

 

Sugar might be contributing to your inflammation!

 

Sugar is the biggest source of inflammation.

 

And reducing sugar is sooooo HARD.

Because it’s EVERYWHERE!!

 

It’s not just the white crystals that you add to your food and drinks!

 

The main problem is the SUGAR YOU CAN’T SEE!

The main problem is PACKAGED FOODS!!!!

 

 

If sugar is a problem for you.

This could be something that you could focus on!

Use the checklist and tracker to identify your weak areas when it comes to sugar.
