Drench yourself in this type of oil if you have daily inflammation and pain!

 

We all know that we should be limiting our fat intake.

And if you’re battling inflammation on a daily basis it’s even more important.

 

And it’s important because you need to reduce two types of fats. These fats are:

 

        1. Saturated fats
        2. Omega 6 fats

Our diets are full of the above two fats. 

And we’re having too much of it.

This needs to change!!

 

So you need a shift!

And you need to shift to an inflammation-beating oil.

This oil is…

 

 

Omega 3 Oils.

 

Ahhhh, omega 3 oils.

This is the oil you need in your life!

Whatever you can do to get it.

Get it!

And once you get it, drown yourself in it [Noooo, don’t do that!]

Ok, back down to earth.

I say you need to be drowning yourself in omega 3 oils and I’m being over the top, let me stress that I’m exaggerating here!

But to be serious here!

I need to tell you to seriously think about increasing your omega 3 intake.

 

Fats and inflammation

You see, omega 3 oils are needed by every cell of your body.

But, unlike other nutrients, your body isn’t able to make this wonderful oil.

So we have to take it in oil form or eat foods rich in it!

And unfortunately, most people don’t eat foods rich in it!

And most of us won’t be getting the daily recommended dose of it!

So to start, you can eat more oily fish, seeds and nuts.

You might also benefit from taking a spoon of omega 3 oil every day or taking supplements. If you opt to take supplements make sure you check for allergic substances especially if you have an allergy to fish, seeds and nuts!
