Easy as 1, 2, 3

The Jacksons said it!

Easy as 1, 2, 3.

But things aren’t easy!

And they’re not easy when life gives us tasks that are soooo HARD.

Maybe you’re like me. A parent, in a relationship and working, And these come with work. There’s the

      • Getting the kids ready
      • Getting the kids to school on time
      • Clubs and activities for the kids
      • Getting yourself ready
      • Eating
      • Cooking
      • Compromising in your relationship
      • Working your life around your kids, your relationship and your partner’s schedule
      • Tasks at work
      • Getting to work on time
      • The commute to work
      • And then all the chores we have to do at home.

Arghhh, it’s none stop

If only it was easy as 1, 2, 3!!

And it’s not easy when on top of all those daily responsibilities we have illnesses that come along with another list of things to do

And then Cheryl gives me a checklist with more things to do [That’s what you’re thinking, am I right?]

Now, yes I have given you a checklist which possibly feels like more things that need to be added to the endless amounts of tasks you have to do on a daily basis.

But I want you to approach this set of tasks differently. I want this to be easy as 1, 2, 3.

To make this easy you will only choose 1, 2 or 3 tasks to be getting on with at a time!

Start with 1 task and build up to 3 tasks.

We want 3 to be the magic number! [As said by Del La Soul – if you’re aged 40+ you might know what I mean!]

So if you’re delving into the checklist, only choose 1, 2 or 3 things to be getting on with.

Don’t do all of it at once.

Remember the reasons…

      1. I don’t want you to fail
      2. I don’t want you to become stressed!

So don’t go changing everything right away!

This will only lead to failure.

Changing everything straight away is way, way too hard to do and continue long term.

We want and need EASY!!

EASY, instead of HARD.

So, choose up to 3 new things to try each week.

You don’t need to totally remove foods and drinks.

Instead, experiment with reducing foods and seeing the impact on your symptoms.
