It’s about finding that balance in exercise and diet that works for you. 


And let’s not forget about moderation. 


We shouldn’t be demonizing certain foods or medications.


Instead, we need to find a balanced approach.

Now, I know managing PCOS can be challenging.


But here’s the thing – we can’t solely rely on healthcare professionals. 


We have to take personal responsibility for our own health.


So, my friend, I want to encourage you to explore both conventional and natural methods of treatment. 


Don’t be afraid to try new things and find what works best for you.
