I’ve got a new podcast for ya!
I’ve been talking the heck out of stress and PCOS.
And I want to talk about more insights into this topic!
You see, stress shapes us!
We all talk about getting rid of stress.
But removing stress is not a simple task!
Stress is an integral part of daily life.
Stress flocks to us from all directions.
Stressors can be work or family relationships.
And these can’t be easily removed.
But what we can do is…
Identify the stressors and work on reducing them.
Two great things for me have been practicing yoga and following a healthy diet to manage stress.
Yoga helped me to cope with the stress of work which would cause my irregular PCOS menstrual cycles.
And I noticed the impact food had on my menstrual cycle and also daily mood and stress levels.
I didn’t remove the stressors, because I couldn’t, but I found things to help me cope!
It’s important to find tools and strategies to manage stress.
As most stressors can’t be removed entirely.
Reducing stress is not about removing all stressors from your life, but about finding ways to manage them.
We can’t always control our circumstances, but we can control our reactions to them.
I hope you find it helpful!
Bye for now 👋
