Get the stress out!

So I’ve been talking about cortisol being a huge culprit of stress.

And how it’s important we focus on lowering stress when it comes to PCOS!

 

Identifying those stressful things in life can be a big way of lowering stress levels.

 

This, instead of letting them happen!

 

So if you haven’t done so already.

Get all those possible stressors in your life down on paper.

It might be a list as long as your leg if you’re anything like me!

But get it down anyway!

 

Then on the list, look at the small achievable stuff!

What could you start working on right away?

 

Like I’ve said before, it’ll be impossible to work on everything.

Stressful things are part of life, unfortunately.

We need a bit of stress.

We’d get nothing done if we didn’t have it, wouldn’t we?

 

Now if there are things you can’t remove, what can you do to make them less stressful?
