Inflammation choices, not rules!


We’ll now move on from fats to something else that’s naughty but nice for most of us.


“Oh no, something else Cheryl’s telling us not to have”


Is that what you’re thinking of me?

Well, I hope not!!

If it is, I’m sorry.

I’m sorry that you feel that way.


But I must stress, I’m not here to tell you what to do!


Because I hate that.

No, I really do hate it.


The more you tell me not to do something or not have something, the more I WANT IT!

Is that you too?


And so it’s vital, imperative that I don’t do that!


I don’t want to be part of the ‘You can’t have that’ brigade.

Instead, I’ll be part of the ‘You can have that, but…’ brigade.


I like that much more!

Being a part of the ‘You can have that, but…’ brigade gives you choices instead of rules.

My role is to provide information for you to make a choice for your life and your disease.


We’re adults.

We had childhoods where we were told what to do and what choices we should be making!

Our right as adults is to make our own choices!


And as long as we’re not breaking the law or causing harm to ourselves and others, it’s ok for us to choose what we want for our health.

No one should be forcing us or making us feel bad!


So you won’t be on the naughty list.

Or be sent to sit on the naughty step!

It’s just information and choices!


And the choice is yours to take!!!
