Your program is carefully put together and is based on your lifestyle, symptoms, diagnosed disease(s), prescribed medications, level of fitness and range of movement.  


You’ll receive:

✅Kick start period (1 month) 

            • We’ll initially spend time getting to know each other.  But more importantly, this time is for me to get to know and understand YOU!  I’ll be finding out about current and past health, your struggles, your current diet, exercise, symptoms and lifestyle!

✅Nutritional diagnostic tests 

            • Nutritional diagnostic tests will be arranged to determine your current bodily function. This could be a range of blood, stool and urine tests.

✅Nutritional supplements

            • Nutritional supplements will be selected based on diagnostic testing, current diet and diagnosed diseases.  Nutritional supplements (vitamins, minerals and herbs) are carefully selected based on diagnosed diseases and prescribed medications.

✅Diet advice and coaching for 6 months

            • You’ll have recommendations for dietary changes.  Daily coaching, support and accountability is available Monday to Friday via WhatsApp.

✅Movement and exercise advice and coaching for 6 months

            • Recommendations for exercises are given based on your mobility and level of fitness.  You’ll have supporting personalised videos, daily coaching, support and accountability.

✅Breathing and Relaxation coaching for 6 months.

            • Recommendations for relaxation and breathe work will be given based on your needs and circumstances.  You’ll be supported with personalised videos and audios, advice and accountability!

I recognise we all have busy schedules!!

Due to this it’s important to communicate with little scheduling. 

We’ll communicate over a 3 day period exchanging voice notes and (if possible) in real time with calls and videos. 

This will also give you a feel to how we’ll work together in the future!!!
