The stress links!

So yesterday I mentioned how I want this to be a stress-free zone.

But in saying that I think it’s important we recognise stress.

Agree?

 

So today can you think about things that are currently causing you stress?

 

You may not have made that link with your PCOS symptoms but there could be a link!

 

So think of all the possible links and ways you could remove them.

 

And if you’d like someone to offload your a-ha moments, I’m here for that!
