Now, don’t get me wrong here, I’m not saying you can’t have pain relief. If you’re in pain, you need pain relief!
But most times, our only focus is on stopping the pain in the next hour or for the rest of the day!
We think short term!
And we need to think a lot further on than an hour or a day. One way of doing that is by doing the activities in the anti-inflammatory checklist and tracker.

What about after a day?
But after a week or month, you might notice huge pain-relieving results!!
