Now, before I continue, I must say I’m not against pain relief.
If I’m in pain you can bet you’re bottom dollar that I’m going to reach for pain relief.
Go give it to me quickly!!!
But what I’m against is having to rely on it hour in and hour out and day in and day out.
I want out!!
I want out of the trap of needing to rely on this stuff to function.
If there’s an alternative way, give it to me.
And that’s what I want for you, alternatives.
I want choice!!!
And I want to give you tools that give you choices too!
Now, choices do require work and long term thinking. Choices aren’t a short term fix!
Short and quick have to be removed from our thinking!!
And listen I’m not blaming you for short term thinking.
We’ve been conditioned to think like this, haven’t we?
And at times that’s all we’ve got!
But unfortunately, that short term anti-inflammatory relief can come along with some long term nasty issues.
Your short term pain relief possibly looks like taking an anti-inflammatory medication called NSAID’s which stands for Non-Steroidal Anti Inflammatory Drugs.
These drugs are given to fight your inflammation but on the other hand, they can give you some pretty nasty side effects.
For instance, they can cause stomach ulcers, internal bleeding, nausea and diarrhoea. And they can also raise your risk of heart disease and strokes.
Don’t know about you, but that’s something I want to stay well clear of.
